By accessing or using the GLA Academy Partnering Skills Assessment (the "Service") operated by Global Leadership Alliance ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this Service.

Global Leadership Alliance provides an online personal skills assessment tool that allows users to answer a series of questions and receive a personalised report of their professional partnering skills across four categories: Personal Skills, People Skills, Team Skills, and Project Skills.

The Service is provided for informational and professional development purposes only. Assessment results reflect your self-reported responses and are not a professional, psychological, or career evaluation. We make no guarantee that the results are accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (in whole or in part) at any time with or without notice.

By using the Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information, including your name, email address, and assessment responses.
• Use the Service only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Not share your access with others or submit assessments on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent.
• Not attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its underlying systems.
• Not use automated tools (bots, scrapers, or similar) to access or interact with the Service.
• Not submit unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent content through the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these Terms or misuses the Service.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information in connection with the Service is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

All content, design, code, and materials available on the Service - excluding content submitted by users - are the property of Global Leadership Alliance or our licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service and view your assessment results for your own personal, non-commercial professional development purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.

User-Submitted Content: By submitting assessment responses through the Service, you grant Global Leadership Alliance a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, store, and process that content for the sole purpose of providing and improving the Service. You retain ownership of your responses.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Global Leadership Alliance disclaims all warranties and representations, express or implied, including any warranties of accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any particular outcomes or results will be achieved through use of the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Global Leadership Alliance, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from or in connection with:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Service;
• Any unauthorised access to or use of our servers or any personal information stored therein;
• Any errors or omissions in assessment content or results.

In no event shall Global Leadership Alliance's total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, in the past twelve months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Global Leadership Alliance and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your use of the Service in violation of applicable law, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree that any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date above and provide notice on our website. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
